Shipping policy

Processing time is the time it takes for your handmade goods to be created and shipped. Shipping time refers to the amount of time the package is in transit. Shipping time can vary depending on the option you chose at checkout and live estimates of delivery dates are listed at checkout :-)

 

If you have any questions about shipping please don't hesitate to email hello@shopfoxmoth.com - please keep in mind once a package has been shipped you may need to reach out to USPS directly as once the package has been received by USPS, FoxMoth is no longer able to access that package. 

 

Lastly, please note that we do not currently have the ability to allow prepaid customs fees or import taxes. We are currently looking into implementing prepaid customs/fees with DHL International Shipping. At the moment, import taxes, customs fees, or any other applicable international fees are handled by your local customs office. If you have any questions please reach out to your local post office or customs office for assistance as policies vary depending on your location! :-)
