Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, returns/exchanges are only accepted if there is an error with your order on our end. We kindly ask that you double-check your pup's neck size before ordering as each product is custom-made for your pet and we're not able to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing unless the error was on our end.

We stand by our work and want you to feel confident in your order. If something looks off or isn't quite right, please don't hesitate to reach out so we can make it right!
