Please keep in mind that import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not able to prepay any fees on behalf of the buyer and all international packages will include an itemized packing slip as required by law.

While some of our products, such as bandanas or buckle collars, are adjustable in size, some of our specialized product lines (such as slip-on collars) are not adjustable in size so accurate sizing is crucial!

We recommend using a tape measure or a piece of string to measure your dog near the base of their neck, where a bandana or collar would naturally rest. Please ensure you can fit at least 2 fingers between the tape measure and your dog's neck so there's plenty of breathing room.

What's an adventure without a little mess? At FoxMoth, we believe our accessories should be as easy to care for as they are fun to wear which is why our bandanas are machine washable!

Spot clean small stains with a fabric pen or toss your bandana in the washer for a deep clean. For best results, we recommend laying your bandana flat to air dry and ironing from the back.

At FoxMoth, we don't believe in ruff drafts, we believe in getting it right the first time! 🐾

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, returns/exchanges are only accepted if there is an error with your order on our end.

We kindly ask that you double-check your pup's neck size before ordering as each product is custom-made for your pet and we're not able to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing unless the error was on our end.
